For Beginners, which piano book is the best?

I believe the most popular piano textbooks in America are likely Piano Adventures and Alfred's. If you're already using a specific book or have a preference for another book, I am flexible with the choice of books during lessons. However, I will provide some insights for those who are unsure of what to purchase or need advice. As a piano teacher, I have experience with both textbooks, and while they are both excellent, I personally recommend Piano Adventures. The way concepts are introduced and the learning progression is very effective, offering a variety of engaging practice materials.

At intermediate levels, the choice of textbooks can vary significantly depending on the style or genre preferred by students. Therefore, I will focus on discussing beginner-level textbook options.
